ESSAY COMPETITION $500 SCHOLARSHIP – 2024

Our New York Personal Injury Attorneys are popular for helping injured victims due to personal injury accidents. The Gregory Spektor & Associates, P.C. wants to help future generations of injury lawyers with their education expenses by providing them with an annual scholarship of $500.

The scholarship will be provided to one of the participants, who will be the winner of an essay competition. The topic is as follows: should the government pursue additional tort reform measures? Analyze the arguments on both sides of this issue and make a clear argument for or against further tort reform.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • This Scholarship is for both graduate and undergraduate students who want to pursue law in the future.
  • All applicants must be enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate or graduate-level program.
  • Participants must mention their author’s name, address, current major, college, and contact details.
  • All submissions must be emailed to [email protected].
  • All submissions must be in .pdf format
  • All submissions must be received by December 31, 2024.
  • The winner will be announced on our website on January 31, 2025.

  • The applicants are expected to answer the questions provided.
  • They must develop a thorough understanding of the essay topic.
  • You can use online articles and case law to support your essay.
  • The introduction must be catchy and must grab the user’s attention.
  • The essay must use proper spelling, grammar, and Bluebook citations.
  • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism and must not be copied.
