Speakers: Michael Levitis & Gregory Spektor
Michael Levitis: Gregory, I want to ask you a question that happens in real life all the time. How does it work in New York? If let’s say you are a spouse, wife of a husband of somebody who was driving and you were in the car, are you allowed to sue your own spouse for injuries that happen to you?

You can ask your insurance broker to include that in your coverage?
Gregory Spektor 18:51
When you buy coverage areas there’s a certain I mean, I’m not sure if every carrier provides that but a lot of them do. The bulk of your drives and you know that you want to be covered in case something happens then yes, you can go ahead and buy that extra piece of coverage that you’ll pay some extra premium and they’ll just waive the whole as required privileged.

Excellent. Listen, this is very important to know and this is what we do, we educate people on what’s out there because you never know what is gonna happen to you, better be covered before, better be educated more and if God forbid, it happens you remember you watch this video with Gregory Spektor, a premier New York personal injury attorney and Gregory we have the number of your office on the bottom of screen, if anybody has specific questions about your case, and let’s say, your retained somebody but you want to get a second opinion I don’t think should hesitate. Gregory Spektor 20:03
